Georgia graduated with a Bachelor of Education and Arts (drama specialisation) from Flinders University. She has experience teaching drama from Years 8-11, and taught at Seaford Secondary College in 2017, where she wrote and directed her own senior production.
Living and breathing drama, music and dance from a young age, Georgia has studied in specialist music, drama and dance classes for over 15 years. She has extensive dance experience in multiple genres including: jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary and Bollywood
During 2016, Georgia worked at the State Theatre Company of SA as an Education Intern and Assistant Development Coordinator. This role enabled her to develop a strong understanding of the inner workings of a major professional theatre company. Georgia also worked as a Drama Assistant at Westminster School supporting the after-school Theatresports program and as an Acting Coach supporting school productions.
Georgia worked at Henley High as a Drama, Dance and Music teacher, and is currently teaching Year 12 Drama at Sacred Heart.
Georgia is extremely excited to be teaching with Theatre Bugs and is keen to pass on her passion for the performing arts to the next generation of Theatre Bugs.
